("DateDish," "we," "us," "our") collects, uses, discloses, and protects personal information when you use the DateDish mobile application and related services (the "App"). We are committed to safeguarding your privacy and complying with applicable laws (e.g., CCPA/CPRA and, where applicable, GDPR).
DateDish is strictly for users 18 years of age or older. We do not knowingly collect or maintain personal information from anyone under 18. If we learn that an under-18 user has created an account, we will promptly delete the account and associated data. Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or port your data; to restrict or object to certain processing; and to withdraw consent where applicable. We engage reputable third-party service providers—including Trestle—for phone number verification, OTP delivery, fraud prevention, hosting, analytics, and support. These providers may process limited personal information on our behalf and are contractually obligated to use it only for the specified services and to protect it appropriately.
Your information may be processed and stored outside your country of residence. Where required, we implement appropriate safeguards (e.g., standard contractual clauses) to protect cross-border transfers.
